This hotel doesn’t deserve the bad reviews it gets, we stayed here for a week and on our last day we changed our flights and booked another week here, we were self catering so can’t comment on the hotel food but the hotel over-all was brilliant, good facilities, good rooms, cleaned everyday, fresh towels every (odd time we had to ask), the staff are so so friendly, I’m not sure what the comments are talking about saying they’re unfriendly to English people, we felt safe, welcomed and comfortable at all times, reception were always happy to help us with any questions, always a good morning or good evening every time we walked through reception, brilliant, as well as the excursion staff, nothing but friendly and helpful! Location is amazing, 10 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk from cafes, 20 min walk from the Souk market, excellent! The hotel is what you pay for, really good in my opinion! Recommendations: Cafes- cafe la Fontaine- 5 minute walk from the hotel, amazing service, we had breakfast here every morning, so cheap and the staff are amazing! Paradise valley- we visited here and booked through the hotel, amazing experience, we booked to go back for the full day it was that good, many food and drink places, beautiful swimming spot! Souk el had: the market, we visited twice, we LOVED it, over 5000 stalls, one of the biggest markets in Africa, we had tea with a local that had a market stall, we even went back to his stall the second time and had tea again, lovely to walk around, explore, you can buy anything you could think of, loved it! Cable cars- £8 roughly for a trip upto the old castle, really good for the price I think, worth a vist! Medina- the medina is roughly an hour walk from the hotel, we walked there and got a taxi back but taxis are cheap enough to go both ways, we paid 50 DH back but possible to get one both ways if you don’t want to walk, the medina was beautiful, 30dh to get in, worth the visit! Hamilton!!!

We liked our room, the room was clean and well laidout. The mattress was fantastic, sheets and pillows were changed everyday with the towels in the bathroom. The staff in the restaurant were polite and and food was nice. We did not use the spa but did have a look., it was very clean. The rooms don't use keys, they use a key code system, brilliant. No loosing of keys. In the lobby there was Mustafa and his cousin, what can I say about Mustafa what a guy, he arranged for us to go on a camel ride (food included) and the dune buggy ride. What a experience. When we just started our camel ride it started porring down with rain, we where told this was the first time it has rained like this in 4 years in Agadir, all of us got soaked from head to toe, at least the rain was warm not like in the UK. Now don't think you're getting the experience of the camel ride with this excursion, no no no, the route was what can I say terrible next to a army base, with a few bushes, the location of the camel ride is in a traditional Berber community, outside Aghdir. Now, let me tell you the beauty or the secret of the the Berbers and the camel ride, hospitality, depth of traditions of the Berber community. If you go like a tourist you will get treated like tourist. The food in the camp when we returned was on a next level, the chicken tagine with carrot, potatoes, and we think courgettes, with a chicken broth to pour over the couscous. Yum yum yum. With a 3 day stay I can say and will say this was the best tagine we have eaten ever in our lifetime. The 3 star Michelin chef by the name of Lady Fatima. :) was humble passionate and her food was a dream. The wet cloths we where wearing felt warm and dry after tasting her food. Banging. Dune buggy, the experience of our life, big up Hamza his twin brother and the crew, and I should not forget his older brother Hamza the camel lol.

After going to a hotel, that was absolutely disgusting We had to go on booking.com and we found this Hamilton hotel from the minute we got there we was well looked after their reception staff are very friendly and caring and very kind. Nothing was too much. As soon as you walk into the place, it smells lovely as soon as you entered your hotel room it smelt very clean and was spotless compared to some places that you can stay. I literally give this a 10 out of 10. It is about a 15 minute walk to the beach from this hotel but its also only about £1.50 to get to the beach in a taxi. We was really looked after from the minute we got there I would recommend this hotel as after the experience we had when we first arrived at a different hotel was horrendous. This hotel made our holiday so thank you. Only one thing the poor area is clean, but it is a little outdated but still beautiful to relax around the pool also the pizza is amazing that you can order from the bar.

There is loads of cats, and we love cats. Staff was really nice Beds are comfortable, Location is great Breakfast €5 or £5 or 50dinaar, accept all currency, I personally prefer brkfst only in hotel and lunch & dinner from 5 mins walk from hotel place called Assalam City for more variety and good taste nd cheap rates. Late checkout at 4pm for €20 extra, Have a steam room hamam, Don't have sauna. Have swimming pool , Bar , shisha, good music. Towels problem needs to be fixed, they pickup all used towels but dnt leave new one. Wide enough bathroom with hot water shower, Location is great McDonald's is just across the road, 4 mins walk, Taxi expensive or (drive in) app (cheap) just at the door of hotel, Bar and shisha lounge next door as well called ibiza. Over all great experience, 100% recommendable 10 dec 24

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. They are partnered with Hala Tours that offers activities (camel and quad rides) and excursions from the hotel. They have a representative (Ayoub and Mustafa) sitting opposite the reception. They are reliable and well-organised. We loved sunbathing around the pool. Breakfast was plentiful but the same everyday. Hotel is centrally located, 10 mins walk from Vallée des Oiseaux bus station for local buses and from where the aéroport navette (airport bus) runs for 50 MAD. For buses check Alsa, the local public transport company's website. Internet was ok and even accessible from the room, although it wasn't always great in the room.
